Q: “Where do you provide photography services?”
A: While we’re based out of Reno, we’re always on board for a little road trip! Anything outside of the 20 mile radius from the city center is subject to a travel fee based on mileage. Travel fees allow our photographers to be fairly compensated for their commute time (and gas costs) while also ensuring that we’re able to continue providing services outside of Reno.
Q: “How much does it cost?”
A: Because every property and photoshoot is unique, that means that pricing isn’t a one-size-fits-all. Our base pricing goes off of three factors: Where the property is located, how large the home is (in square footage), and what services you’re getting. We highly suggest using the booking link above to check pricing. Nothing is saved until you hit “Place Order”. By inputting the property details and selecting which services you’d like, you’ll get an exact number.
Q: “When will I get my media and/or marketing materials back?”
A: We pride ourselves on having quick turnaround times without sacrificing quality, and our services are available 7 days a week. We have a 24-hour turnaround for interior/exterior photos, aerial drone photography, floor plans, community amenities, and custom domain names. We have a 48-hour turnaround for White Glove Marketing Kits, MLS descriptions, virtual staging, twilight photography, Social Media Specials, and videography.
Q: “I have multiple properties that need to be photographed. Can you do them all in one day?”
A: We can certainly try our best! If you have two or more properties that need capturing on the same day, especially outside of Reno, please send us an email at photos@aliriveraphotography.com and we can get something set up.
Q: “I need to reschedule or cancel my appointment. How do I go about doing this, and is there a fee?”
A: If the property is not ready for photos, please give us a minimum of 24-48 hour notice so that we may fill that appointment time. Cancellations/reschedules within 24 hours of the appointment may result in a $75 cancellation fee. Canceling within 2 hours of the appointment time is half the scheduled services appointment fee. You can reschedule or cancel your appointment by logging into your Ali Rivera Photography account (linked at the bottom of this page) and clicking the red text that reads “Need To Reschedule?” on your dashboard.
Q: “Do you offer commercial photography services?”
A: Absolutely. Since launching in 2017, we have provided professional photography services for interior designers, builders, architects, automobile enthusiasts, and small business owners across a variety of industries.
